Suggested Regular Use: Follow the suggested use above and on the package
Suggested Maximum Use: 1-3 capsules per serving up to twice daily. Gradually increase by 1 capsule each time or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional.

We will happily accept returns within 14 days on products that are purchased in error, are unopened, and with the tamper evident seal unbroken/undamaged.
